Granting access permits inspection of all quarantined submissions and review decisions. Revocation applies to existing sessions on their next request. No automatic retry is made.
Access boundaries
Who can do what
Reviewers sign in with their own GitHub accounts before you can grant access. Tell them separately; invitations are not sent automatically.
They inspect quarantined packages and decide on exact versions and digests.
Reviewers cannot: delegate access to others, obtain signing keys, or bypass signed publication.
Revocation takes effect on the reviewer's next privileged request, not immediately.
